Product Description
Glass products are collectively referred to as household and industrial items manufactured primarily from glass.
Glass is a relatively transparent solid material that, upon melting, forms a continuous network structure; during cooling, its viscosity gradually increases and it hardens without crystallizing, making it a silicate-based nonmetallic material.
Glass products are widely used in fields such as construction, daily use, healthcare, chemical industry, home furnishings, electronics, instrumentation, and nuclear engineering.
Glass is broadly classified into flat glass and specialty glass. Flat glass is mainly divided into three types: float glass (which can be produced with or without grooves), sheet-draw flat glass, and roll-draw flat glass. Due to its uniform thickness, smooth and parallel top and bottom surfaces, high labor productivity, and ease of process control, float glass has become the dominant method of glass manufacturing.
